What should we eat when we want to be healthy?

This question simultaneously comes to our mind and let us in deep thought.
We have to take food according to what we are and what we want to. Like if we want to reduce our weight we need to follow the dieting plan. In this we need to consume maximum quantity of fruits and raw vegetables (sometimes) along with this juices will surely help you to reduce your weight. Here I'm stating the one day diet plan for weight reduction.




First when you woke up have a glass of hot water and mix one tbsp honey and lime water in it
(Do your Workout if you do)

Breakfast (9:00am) one bread with one glass of juice/ milk 

[11:00am  a bowl of fruits] (apple,banana,orange,kiwi) 

Lunch (1:00pm) a bowl of dry brown chana/ moth daal and a glass of lassii (not sweet lassii)

Brunch (5:00pm) a glass of juice or a tea with some fat free cookies

Dinner (8:00pm) a plate of salad (carrot, cucumber, tomato etc.)  And a plate of fruits (apple, papaya, orange, etc.) Either pulses 

[10:00am a glass of milk (without sugar)] 

This is the dieting plan for the individual who wants to reduce their weight. you can add add chapati and vegetable/ pulses in your diet but in a limit. This diet is for the individual who wants to loose their weight fastly. You can have 2 cheat days in a month I will write about it too for sure but for now only this.
