For living a better tomorrow we need to give a healthier lifestyle to you. It's not possible just from healthy foods and dieting you need to do the physical exercise too whether it's for weight reducing or to keeping good health we need to exercise for both. But did we know that how important to do exercise change of exercise is equally important to that because if we're doing the same exercise since long time it will affect our body in their manner we will not do any other workout which is not supposed to do in that exercise which we're are doing. Continuation of exercise is important but the changes in exercise is totally important too this much change can affect your body movements and your day to day activities too.Individuals who are going to gym they must have to change their exercise regularly like they need to deprecated the days according to body parts i.e. on Monday they will do legs exercise on Tuesday they will do back exercise on Wednesday they will do cardio. This scheduling of exercise will help them to maintain their body movements and their activities according to their workout. Neither they can do all exercise in one day but with a break during that and in this case they have to decrease the sequence of exercise i.e. if they are doing 500 push ups on their selected day so on these days they need to do 250 push ups if didn't they will suffer from body injury or body pain for a long period of time.

Exercise depends on potential of an individual some people can do more and some can do less when you're at the starting stage of exercise you will feel pain in your body and muscles but don't stop because of that that just a beginning that your body is getting affected from exercise. For the healthy life/ lifestyle you need to change your exercise at least monthly/ weekly. Stay healthy :)
